Files and local tools

PDF, image, text and developer tools process selected files and entered text in your browser. Their file-processing code does not upload those contents to Tooldit. Some tools download libraries, OCR language data or a background-removal model; those requests reveal normal connection information to their providers. Browser memory, caches and downloaded output are controlled by your device. We do not promise secure deletion from your device.

Tools that use the network

SEO tools send submitted URLs, keywords, titles or descriptions to Tooldit API routes. URL-based tools fetch public pages on your behalf. SEO Title Generator sends keyword, language and country to Google autocomplete. Backlink research forwards generated keyword queries and a selected country to DuckDuckGo; opening a suggested Google search sends that query to Google. Do not submit private URLs, access tokens or confidential text. Currency conversion requests rate data from external providers through Tooldit. IP lookup uses external lookup providers, and Internet Speed Test exchanges test data with Cloudflare.

Contact and feedback

Contact submissions send your name, email address and message to our server and email provider. Feedback can be stored in Supabase and emailed. Do not include document contents or passwords in either form. The repository does not establish the email, feedback, hosting-log or provider retention periods; contact info@tooldit.com for information or a deletion request.

Optional analytics

Google Analytics loads only after you choose Allow analytics. It processes visit and device information and can set analytics cookies. Our explicit tool events use a fixed tool identifier, elapsed time and a generic error category. They exclude filenames, file contents, passwords, raw text and submitted URLs. Page events exclude URL queries and fragments. Google Analytics is not described as anonymous or incapable of identifying a device. Pinterest tracking has been removed.

Use Privacy choices at the bottom of any public page to reject analytics or change your choice. Withdrawal unloads analytics by reloading the page; it does not delete data already received by Google. Browser privacy settings can clear existing cookies.

Advertising

AdSense ownership metadata and ads.txt retain publisher pub-9637748638745389. Ad serving is paused in this revision while genuine manual units and a Google-certified consent platform are configured and verified. The analytics choice control is not a certified advertising consent platform. When enabled, advertising providers may process device and connection information under their own policies.

Site storage and hosting

Theme preferences, game progress and privacy choices may be stored locally. Administrator authentication uses a session cookie. Vercel serves the website, and Supabase provides blog content and feedback storage. Hosting and network providers can receive IP addresses, user agents and request information for delivery and security.

Requests and rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal information, withdraw consent or complain to a regulator. Email info@tooldit.com with your request. We may need information to identify the relevant records. This page describes the implementation; it does not certify legal compliance.
